With nearly a decade of experience as an instructional assistant in the Birmingham City School System, three years of team teaching, serving as a Fourth-grade Math and Science instructor, I bring a wealth of knowledge and dedication to the field of education. Known for being detail-oriented and committed to excellence, I have a proven track record of providing high-quality instruction and fostering a love for learning in students. I believe that the subject that a teacher is teaching should be lived and presently applicable to the child.  Therefore, I excel in helping students challenge their thinking and expand their application of standards because our lessons are more than lessons, they are an experience that change young lives and thinking.
